3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Procedure
To reserve a charter, you must:
- Have reached the age of 18
- Submit precise and full details
- Remit the stipulated deposit as detailed in your reservation confirmation
- Accept these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
Your reservation is only deemed confirmed after the payment has been received along with our written confirmation. We reserve the right to deny service to any individual at our sole discretion.
3.3 Availability
All charters are dependent on the accessibility of the vessel and favorable weather conditions. Reasonable attempts will be made to accommodate your requested dates and timings.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All rates are denominated in € and are inclusive of applicable levies unless stated otherwise. Rates are subject to alternation without notice.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: 50% of the full charter cost payable upon reservation
- Balance: Payable 48 hours prior to the charter's departure
- Additional expenses (if applicable): Payable at the end of the charter
4.3 Payment Options
We accept most credit cards, electronic funds transfers, and certified bank drafts. Payment processing is conducted using secured, encrypted channels.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- More than 72 hours before departure: Complete reimbursement minus transaction fees
- 24-72 hours before departure: 50% reimbursement
- Less than 24 hours prior to departure: No reimbursement
5.2 Weather Cancellations
If meteorological conditions are considered unsuitable by our captain, we will offer to:
- Reschedule the charter to a subsequent available date without incurring extra costs
- Issue a complete refund if rescheduling is unfeasible
5.3 Mechanical Failures
If your chosen vessel encounters mechanical issues, we shall strive to provide an appropriate replacement. If no substitute is accessible, a full reimbursement will be provided.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Obligations
All passengers must:
- Adhere to all instructions from the crew
- Make use of safety equipment as needed
- Disclose any health conditions that may impact their safety
- Stay within designated zones on the vessel
6.2 Prohibited Objects
The following items are forbidden on board:
- Glassware
- Illicit substances
- Firearms or other weaponry
- Excessive substances beyond reasonable personal consumption
- Animals (except if previously authorized)
6.3 Behavior
Passengers are expected to behave in a considerate and respectful fashion. We reserve the authority to conclude a charter prematurely without a refund if a passenger's conduct poses a threat to safety or disrupts the experience for others.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Accountability
We limit our accountability to the sum paid for your charter. We are not liable for:
- Bodily harm resulting from a passenger's carelessness
- Loss of or damage to personal belongings
- Indirect, subsequent, or penal damages
- Delays due to adverse weather or events out of our control
7.2 Insurance
We maintain a comprehensive marine insurance policy that covers our vessels and operations. It is the responsibility of passengers to secure their travel and personal insurance.
7.3 Acceptance of Risk
By taking part in our charter services, you recognize the intrinsic risks involved in marine activities and assume responsibility for your own safety and welfare.
8. Alterations and Itinerary Adjustments
We reserve the prerogative to modify itineraries, paths, or timetables due to atmospheric conditions, safety reasons, or operational demands. We will exert every effort to provide equivalent alternative services.
9. Force Majeure
We are not accountable for impediments, terminations, or changes caused by conditions beyond our influence, including but not restricted to:
- Extreme weather events
- Natural calamities
- Regulatory constraints
- Closure of ports
- Vehicular malfunctions
